Digital Products
All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of downloadable products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a digital product has been purchased and access to the download has been provided.
This policy applies to digital planners, templates, prompt packs, downloadable resources, digital graphics, creator tools, and other digital products sold by Trapstar Digital.

Before completing your order, please review the product description, included files, format, and product requirements to make sure the item is right for you.
Digital products are provided as described on the product page. Purchasing a digital product does not include customizations, additional services, or ongoing support unless those items are specifically stated in the product description.
Problems With Your Download
If you experience a technical issue receiving or accessing your purchased file, please contact us. We will make a reasonable effort to help you access the product you purchased.
A technical delivery issue does not automatically qualify for a refund if the purchased digital product can still be successfully delivered or accessed.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the exact same digital product more than once, contact us so we can review the transaction.
Download Access
Download links may be available for a limited period after purchase. Customers are responsible for downloading and securely saving purchased files during the available download period.
For products delivered through our current checkout system, download links are generally available for up to 30 days after purchase. We recommend downloading and securely saving your files as soon as possible.
